Role Overview

We seek a results-oriented Senior Product Manager responsible for leading the entire product lifecycle of software solutions essential for deploying and scaling autonomous vehicle technologies at SteerAI and with partners. This position demands collaboration across engineering, operations, and external stakeholders to deliver crucial software that addresses challenging real-world problems. Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution of the strategic product roadmap with a focus on initiatives generating the highest value and business outcomes.
• Collaborate intensively with cross-functional teams to discover new product opportunities and tackle complex challenges.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle, including ideation, requirement gathering, planning, design, development, deployment, and continuous enhancement.
• Work closely with clients and technological stakeholders to align product goals and deliver solutions meeting practical needs.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologies to continuously evolve product strategies for sustainable competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in product management within software, preferably in technically complex environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Experienced in developing software products integrated closely with hardware systems such as robotics, IoT devices, autonomous vehicles, or industrial control equipment.
• Demonstrable success leading software products from concept through launch in mission-critical, enterprise, and deep-technology contexts.

Preferred Experience

• Background in autonomy, logistics, defense, or similarly sophisticated technology-driven sectors.
• Proven ability to identify and secure product-market fit in high-complexity or emerging tech fields.
