Role Overview

The Product Manager role focuses on steering the development of trust and digital signature products globally. This position involves defining innovative product strategies, managing product roadmaps, and working with diverse teams to deliver impactful customer solutions that improve user experience and enhance business outcomes. The role demands balancing strategic planning with practical execution, excellent collaboration, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the vision, strategic roadmap, and execution plans for assigned product areas, ensuring consistency with overall company objectives and the Intelligent Agreement Management platform.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of customer personas and their needs by partnering with customers, user research, and marketing teams.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design to translate strategic goals into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Utilize data science to monitor key business and customer metrics, driving continuous product improvement through testing and experimentation.

Work Arrangement

This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring a minimum of two days per week onsite in the Dublin office.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of five years' hands-on experience in product management, preferably within SaaS, enterprise software, or heavily regulated technology sectors.
• Proven ability managing the full product lifecycle from concept to launch, including defining minimum viable product (MVP) scope and drafting comprehensive product requirement documents.
• Experience leveraging data analytics tools to monitor KPIs and guide product decisions aligned with customer behaviors.
• Strong collaboration skills demonstrated through effective partnerships with engineering, UX/UI design, and product marketing teams without formal authority.
• Proficiency in customer interaction techniques, user research collaboration, and converting user challenges into actionable job-to-be-done frameworks.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related technical or analytical discipline, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in digital signatures, public key infrastructure, identity verification, cryptography, or compliance/security standards such as eIDAS, SOC2, and GDPR.
• Experience integrating product features into larger ecosystem platforms or working with public API ecosystems like Salesforce or Microsoft.
• Knowledge of growth loops, monetization, and conversion optimization strategies.
• Advanced degrees (Master's, MBA) or relevant professional certifications are a plus.
