About the company

You’ll be joining a rapidly expanding international business in digital advertising and performance marketing. Its AI-powered platform helps companies protect and improve ad spend efficiency with automated, data-led tools designed for brands and small-to-medium businesses. About the role

This position gives you end-to-end responsibility for a self-serve product that allows SMEs to create accounts, connect their ad platforms, and run the product independently without sales or customer success support. The solution brings together digital advertising management across channels such as Google Ads and Meta, and you will own how that full user journey is designed and improved.

You will report to the Chief Product Officer and partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success. The main objective is to move trial users into paying customers and keep them engaged over time. The role also offers practical exposure to AI, including prototype-building and workflow improvements, as the product roadmap evolves.

Responsibilities

  • Set the direction for a core product area and carry it from strategy through launch.
  • Choose priorities, order the backlog, and make clear trade-offs that support trial-to-paid conversion, monthly recurring revenue growth, and lower churn.
  • Improve the onboarding, activation, and conversion steps across the self-serve customer journey.
  • Own the subscription lifecycle, including billing, plan changes, and retention workflows.
  • Shape the onboarding flow for customers linking multiple ad platforms such as Google Ads and Meta, while keeping the experience simple as complexity increases.
  • Work with engineering and design to deliver features that have a strong business impact.
  • Use data and experimentation to guide product decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing on lifecycle communications and email journeys that improve conversion.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner on a self-serve or subscription-based product.
  • Some familiarity with paid advertising platforms or channels such as Meta Ads and Google Search.
  • Confidence in taking ownership of a product area and making independent decisions.
  • A delivery-oriented, analytical approach to product work.
  • Helpful but not essential: experience with billing or payment tools such as Stripe.
