Role overview
Autobia is hiring a Product Manager with a strong bias toward execution and operations to lead work on the Marketplace, its B2B spare-parts aggregation product. The product direction is defined at the quarterly level by the product leadership team, while this role is responsible for converting that direction into practical, well-structured work week by week. The focus is on moving engineering forward with a clear weekly plan and partnering closely with internal teams to improve the speed and quality of order fulfillment.
What you will do
- Turn broad product direction into detailed, build-ready features and issues by defining the problem, the specification, and the rationale before engineering begins.
- Take ownership of the weekly delivery plan with engineering teams, including prioritization, sequencing, and maintaining steady progress toward quarterly goals.
- Improve operational results by examining the full order lifecycle, including supplier purchase orders, inventory, and the order pipeline, then reducing delays, cost, and errors.
- Use practical judgment to choose between building a solution and handling it manually, introducing product work when it creates meaningful savings in time or cost and relying on manual processes when engineering bandwidth is limited.
- Track the metrics that matter and share updates on delivery speed and quality performance.
What we are looking for
- 2 to 4 years of experience as a Product Manager in e-commerce.
- Proven ability to transform unclear direction into structured, ready-to-build work and an actionable weekly plan.
- Comfortable working with engineers on scope, feasibility, trade-offs, delivery rhythm, and prioritization.
- Strong operational mindset with the ability to identify process bottlenecks and improve workflows.
- Analytical and customer-focused, with a practical approach to deciding when to automate and when to keep things manual.
- Strong communication skills for keeping engineering and internal teams aligned.
- English fluency is required.
Preferred experience
- Background in B2B marketplace products.
- Experience improving operational, logistics, or fulfillment workflows.
- Comfort with validating ideas through manual processes before automation.
- Exposure to internal operations systems or back-office tools.
