Role Summary
The Product Integration Specialist will assist in the organization, planning, and precise execution of digital product, platform, system, and third-party integration tasks within our IFEC and Connected Cabin Experience portfolio. Reporting to the Product Integration Manager, you will help guarantee that product functionalities, interfaces, and related solutions are seamlessly integrated according to business needs, technical specs, deadlines, and quality benchmarks.
This role is highly focused on delivery coordination, documentation management, dependency tracking, testing oversight, and risk monitoring. You'll serve as the pivotal contact across multiple teams, including product, engineering, architecture, and vendors, ensuring smooth liaison across complex initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end integration activities by documenting and tracking requirements, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables following the integration plan.
- Support translation of business and product requirements into detailed integration plans, interface tasks, and implementation packages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solution designs, confirm interface readiness, and schedule deployments.
- Work alongside technical teams and external suppliers to validate interface specifications, configurations, and integration outputs.
- Monitor milestones and alert management promptly of any risks, defects, or blockers, maintaining risk and issue logs with mitigation tracking.
- Prepare and maintain detailed integration documentation such as traceability matrices, interface registers, test plans, defect logs, deployment checklists, and readiness documents.
- Oversee system and user acceptance testing, defect triage, release readiness, and governance compliance to assure smooth implementation and service continuity.
- Assist with cutover, go-live, hypercare, and support transitions to stabilize integrated products.
- Gather post-implementation feedback, share lessons learned, and recommend process improvements for better integration delivery.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Either a high school/vocational qualification with at least 7 years of relevant experience or a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years in project coordination, systems integration, or digital product delivery.
- Demonstrated ability in project delivery or digital product coordination within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Knowledge of digital product delivery principles and systems integration, including dependencies across diverse platforms and third-party solutions.
- Proficient in maintaining structured delivery documentation and artefacts.
- Hands-on experience supporting integration testing and release cycles.
- Strong communication and coordination acumen to effectively work with technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience in risk and issue management, as well as change governance and release controls.
- Preferred exposure to connected cabin platforms, IFEC systems, APIs, middleware, and digital passenger experience environments.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and coordinating with external vendors.
