Position Overview

TinyEYE is looking for a creative Product Designer to help shape thoughtful, user-focused products and features for its online therapy platform. The role works closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to make sure ideas are practical, aligned with business needs, and ready for delivery. The position also involves discussion and alignment with internal stakeholders to refine details and reach agreement on design decisions.

What You'll Do

Lead discovery work to understand user needs, workflows, constraints, and opportunities through research and analysis
Take ownership of detailed design decisions from problem framing through final delivery, using independent judgment on UX trade-offs
Identify and define user and business problems in partnership with Product and Engineering
Create end-to-end experiences, including concepts, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished visual designs, with a clear focus on usability and quality
Turn research insights and requirements into solutions that balance user value, business goals, and technical feasibility
Use Figma AI and other AI-enabled design tools to speed up exploration, create variations, and test ideas
Maintain and improve the design system so components and patterns stay consistent, accessible, and reusable
Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and internal stakeholders to explore options, evaluate feasibility, and deliver strong product features
Explain design decisions clearly and help build alignment across cross-functional partners
Plan and run validation activities such as usability tests, experiments, and iterative improvements
Champion usability, accessibility, and overall experience quality throughout the product lifecycle
Support development and launch by providing design documentation, reviews, and implementation guidance

What You Bring

At least 4 years of experience designing digital products in a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role
A solid UX foundation with the ability to justify interaction choices using user behaviour, heuristics, and research
Proven ownership of feature-level design decisions, with confidence in making decisions rather than only executing specifications
Advanced Figma skills, including practical use of Figma AI features such as Make Designs, Make Prototype, and First Draft, along with other AI-assisted design tools
Experience designing responsive and accessible web interfaces
A strong portfolio demonstrating discovery, workflows, design work, and shipped features, with clear explanation of design reasoning
Experience contributing to scalable design systems
Working knowledge of Jira and standard delivery tools
Strong analytical and communication abilities when working with both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with market and user research, including qualitative and quantitative analysis and usability testing
Ability to produce high-quality work in fast-moving or uncertain environments
Background working on SaaS products, especially in healthcare, education, or wellness
Familiarity with data-informed design, experimentation, or metric-based decisions
Experience in regulated or compliance-heavy environments
