Role Overview

If crafting elegant, customer-centric designs that generate widespread acclaim excites you, and you are adept at designing with both AI-powered tools and traditional design software like Figma, this opportunity is for you. This position involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, product and technology teams, and fellow designers. You'll also be responsible for presenting your design concepts and solutions through wireframes, mock-ups, and high-fidelity prototypes. Continuous feedback is encouraged here to refine our products and reach world-class standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and implement design solutions that align user needs, technological feasibility, and business goals.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements, define problem areas, and plan design initiatives while independently initiating enhancements.
• Take full ownership and make pivotal design decisions on major features within the consumer application.
• Work collaboratively with Product Managers, Engineers, and Content Strategists from concept through product launch.
• Ensure visual consistency, high quality, and coherence throughout the product designs.
• Create intuitive and elegant user flows and experiences; practice and promote constructive design feedback practices.
• Develop designs using both standard design tools and AI-assisted or vibe-coding platforms.
• Innovate solutions that simplify complex design challenges enhancing user friendliness.
• Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and iterate designs accordingly.
• Stay updated and incorporate design guidelines, best practices, and standards; validate ideas experimentally.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in design or equivalent professional experience.
• 1 to 4 years of experience in design roles within consumer-focused product companies.
• Proficient in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Principle, etc.
• Experience with AI or vibe-coding design tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Google Stitch, Figma Make, or Lovable, with proficiency in at least one tool.
• Strong analytical abilities to convert qualitative and quantitative data insights into actionable design improvements.
• Outstanding visual design capability; illustration and motion design skills are advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills paired with a keen eye for detail.
