Role Overview

The Product Analyst position centers on supporting SLA monitoring, provider onboarding, and driving automation efforts. You will own operational workflows from start to finish, with a keen focus on metrics, tracking, and recognizing when processes deviate. Collaboration with product, integrations, and engineering teams will be key to transitioning manual procedures to scalable automated systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track SLAs and operational metrics across various product workflows, and immediately identify and report any anomalies or delays.
