• Ensure all produce items are priced accurately and properly signed, adhering to procedures for ordering, clearance, markups and markdowns, labels, and signage.
• Comply with food safety, sanitation, and cold chain protocols, including temperature monitoring, proper food handling, and adherence to sell-by and expiration date regulations.
• Stock and downstock merchandise as required, apply product protection measures, and arrange modular displays such as flex modulars and shelf caps to maintain full stocking.
• Observe health and safety policies to maintain a safe and clean workplace.
• Exhibit scheduling flexibility, including willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to support store operations.

Work Environment Challenges

• Manage high task volumes efficiently in a fast-paced setting and maintain focus during overnight shifts.
• Cope with physical demands that include standing for long periods, bending, and lifting inventory or supplies weighing up to 20 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Compensation

The base hourly wage for this position starts at $18.05.
