Primary Responsibilities

Analyze and map existing processes to uncover improvement opportunities and propose effective solutions.
Lead comprehensive improvement projects from problem identification and analysis through execution and tracking outcomes.
Design and oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) to align with organizational goals and aid strategic decisions.
Develop dashboards and actionable metrics for enhanced operational insight.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across processes, indicators, and automation initiatives.
Implement process automation by utilizing technological tools, integrating systems, designing workflows, and applying artificial intelligence resources.
Assist teams in adopting process management methodologies and boosting operational productivity.
Address ambiguous scenarios by structuring problems, engaging relevant stakeholders, and devising pragmatic solutions.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
Minimum three years of experience in process mapping and implementing improvements with quantifiable results.
Hands-on experience with process automation platforms, including triggers, workflows, and system integrations.
Familiarity with process modeling and management tools.
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks independently.
Effective communication skills combined with a proactive approach.
Experience within technology-driven or dynamic organizational settings is advantageous.
Knowledge of programming languages for automation such as Google Apps Script, Python, or equivalents is preferred.
Familiarity with data analytics platforms like Excel, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar is beneficial.
