Role Overview

This position is for a Private Equity Analyst working on an hourly contract basis, operating remotely with a commitment between 10 to 40 hours per week. The pay rate ranges from $30 to $65 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer expert knowledge in sourcing private equity deals, conducting due diligence, and managing investment portfolios.
• Analyze investment memorandums, financial models, and case studies of transactions.
• Construct practical private equity scenarios and frameworks to guide AI decision-making training.
• Assess AI-produced results for correctness, commercial applicability, and financial thoroughness.
• Work collaboratively with various teams to set standards for analyzing financial documents.

• Supply domain-specific expertise to support the creation of robust AI training datasets.

Qualifications and Requirements
