Role Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-driven Principal Program Manager to lead a key cross-organizational initiative between lemon.markets and dwpbank. You will serve as the central coordinator ensuring alignment across stakeholders and teams by driving commercial, product, and governance workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the comprehensive coordination of a strategic program uniting lemon.markets and dwpbank efforts.
Design and harmonize a compelling joint solution proposition for mutual customers.
Work in close collaboration with product, engineering, operations, legal, and commercial teams to guarantee flawless execution throughout the value chain.
Facilitate effective communication and transparency across teams and senior management by managing priorities, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
Engage senior leaders proactively to keep projects on course, escalating issues when necessary.
Anticipate strategic risks and opportunities and navigate complex domains to steer the program successfully.
Convert complex dialogues into actionable recommendations and decisions, ensuring clarity and progress.
Maintain high momentum by fostering follow-through, bridging organizations and functions, and equipping leadership with timely, relevant information.
Support business development teams internally and with dwpbank counterparts to enhance joint offering growth.

Candidate Profile

Extensive experience in program management, strategic project leadership, or change delivery within complex financial services environments.
Background in securities services, custody, brokerage, wealth or asset management, or related financial infrastructure sectors.
Familiarity with regulated environments and managing cross-functional engagements across senior stakeholder groups.
Capability to rapidly assimilate complex information, structure ambiguity, and implement practical solutions.
Proactive mindset that goes beyond tracking status: exercising sound judgment, anticipating issues, and directing efforts before challenges arise.
A blend of strategic insight and hands-on execution discipline, focused on delivering impactful results.
Excellent communication skills to foster trust, alignment, and organization-wide progress at all seniority levels.
Experienced in facilitating communication among diverse stakeholders, ensuring appropriate context is communicated, and maintaining alignment during complex or sensitive situations.
Strong commercial acumen to understand intersections of product, execution, and business development in strategic programs.
Fluent in both German and English languages.
