About the Role

We are collaborating with top AI research laboratories to develop and train sophisticated AI models. We seek senior clinical scientists to ensure the clinical insights driving these systems uphold exceptional scientific rigor and comply with regulatory standards.

This position offers full remote work flexibility on a contract basis, with hours ranging from 10 to 40 per week. Prior experience with AI is not necessary; what matters is a profound clinical background and dedication to scientific excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and critically assess clinical trial protocols that produce high-quality datasets suitable for regulatory AI training.
Analyze and audit clinical trial outcomes to confirm their accuracy, coherence, and regulatory compliance.
Review AI-generated clinical data analyses for scientific validity and alignment with regulatory bodies such as FDA, EMA, or their equivalents.
Deliver expert, structured feedback aimed at refining AI models' reasoning about clinical trials, outcomes, and biomedical evidence.
Operate independently and asynchronously, managing your workload according to your personal schedule.

Candidate Profile

Experienced senior clinical scientist skilled in designing clinical trial protocols intended for regulatory submissions.
Extensive knowledge interpreting clinical data in relation to major regulatory agencies like FDA or EMA.
Strong foundation in clinical research method, biostatistics, and translational science.
Meticulous and detail-driven, committed to maintaining the highest standards of clinical data quality.
Effective written communicator capable of providing clear, actionable feedback.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with data annotation, data quality control frameworks, or evaluation processes.
Familiarity with AI or machine learning tools within clinical or biomedical research contexts.
Background in pharmaceutical development, medical devices, or health technology assessments.
Experience working across varied therapeutic areas or multiple regulatory jurisdictions.
