Overview
Compass International School Doha, part of Nord Anglia Education, offers a premier British education for expatriate and local Qatari families since 2006. Role Summary
The Primary Teacher will foster high expectations, delivering learning activities aligned with the school’s Primary curriculum. You will create a respectful classroom culture promoting questioning and discussion to maximize student achievements.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and implement high learning standards for pupils.
- Design engaging lessons tailored to the British Primary curriculum.
- Maintain a classroom environment grounded in respect and interactive learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school initiatives.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should hold a university degree in Primary Education and a recognized teaching qualification (such as PGCE or QTS) attained via in-person study. Two years of teaching experience, good understanding of the English National Curriculum, and prior international school experience is advantageous. You will be a confident communicator, culturally sensitive, proactive in professional development, and committed to continuous improvement in educational outcomes.

Additional Information
All candidates must meet Qatar visa requirements including holding a Bachelor’s degree and teaching qualification earned through face-to-face instruction.
