About the role

This role supports the growth of a podcast centered on candid, meaningful conversations with creators, founders, industry specialists, and other notable personalities. The position is focused on guest discovery, outreach, coordination, and relationship management to help create a smooth and professional guest experience from first contact through post-recording follow-up.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and shortlist suitable guests, including creators, founders, subject-matter experts, and public figures.
• Run outreach efforts across email, LinkedIn, and similar channels.
• Handle guest communication, scheduling, and coordination for podcast recordings.
• Manage follow-ups before and after recordings to keep the process efficient and organized.
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with guests and their representatives.
• Monitor outreach activity and maintain structured reports and records.
• Ensure every guest receives a professional, polished experience throughout their interaction.

Eligibility

This opportunity is open only to candidates based in Hyderabad with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
