Role Summary

The Posting & Cleaning Operative (PCO) position offers flexible working arrangements suited for those needing adaptable schedules. You will be responsible for maintaining the quality of client advertisements and ensuring local council bus shelters are kept clean throughout the year across Bristol, Swindon, and nearby areas.

This role involves alternating weekly duties: one week focused on posting advertisements, followed by one week dedicated to cleaning. The job is physical and outdoor-based, often requiring work in all weather conditions. You will mainly work independently on your round with your company-provided van, making weekly visits to the Bristol branch for restocking and updates.

Responsibilities

• Manage dedicated posting and cleaning routes within assigned areas.
• Maintain high standards in advertising display and bus shelter cleanliness.
• Operate a company vehicle to access diverse locations, including busy shopping areas, residential streets, and rural settings.
• Self-manage schedule and workload efficiently to meet weekly targets.
• Participate in provided training and continuous development to perform effectively.

Requirements

• Hold a valid driving license with no more than three penalty points.
• Experience driving medium-sized vans is required.
• Previous experience working outdoors, especially in varying weather, is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Capability to work remotely and independently without supervision.
• Strong time management and workload planning skills.
• Experience in industrial cleaning is a plus.
