About the Role

Highbrow Technology Inc is looking for an accomplished Portfolio/Program Manager to steer strategic initiatives in Data, AI, and Analytics. This role focuses on driving large-scale enterprise transformations including data modernization, cloud platform adoption, and digital innovation projects related to AI and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership for enterprise portfolios spanning Data, AI, and Analytics.
Create and maintain strategic plans for embracing data modernization and integrating AI technologies.
Oversee extensive Data Engineering, Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, and Generative AI projects.
Collaborate effectively with business executives, technical teams, and external partners.
Manage fiscal budgets, governance processes, resource allocation, and mitigation of program risks.
Implement frameworks for data governance, ethical AI practices, security, and regulatory compliance.
Track adoption metrics and ensure realization of business value from implemented solutions.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related domains.
A minimum of 12 years in technology leadership and program management roles.
At least 8 years directing enterprise-wide initiatives in Data, Analytics, AI, or Cloud transformations.
Proficiency with cloud and big data platforms such as Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or similar technologies.
Hands-on experience delivering AI/ML, Data Lake, Advanced Analytics, and Business Intelligence solutions.
Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities at the executive level.

Preferred Attributes

Master’s degree is an advantage.
Familiarity with Generative AI technologies, Copilot, MLOps, and Data Governance practices.
Relevant certifications like Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, PMP, or PgMP.
Experience within the Life Sciences sector is beneficial.

Work Location: Remote (British Columbia, Canada)
Employment Type: Contract
Travel: Up to 20% travel may be required.
