Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in the development and construction of platform infrastructure related products.
• Manage strategic objectives, business requirements, and user experience simultaneously to improve the overall product interaction and drive conversion.
• Stay updated with leading market exchange products and industry trends to ensure the platform upgrades align with top-tier competitors.
• Closely monitor and swiftly interpret user feedback, transforming frontline user insights into actionable and reusable product solutions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in user-facing product management, demonstrating sharp user sensitivity and strong empathy.
• Relevant industry background, including but not limited to project teams, exchanges, or infrastructure; highly proficient blockchain experts are also welcome.
• Exhibit strong self-motivation, execution, and a sense of responsibility; results-driven with the ability to lead critical projects to completion.
• Possess strong cross-team collaboration skills and project ownership capabilities, effectively coordinating with product research teams, operations, and business units.
• Maintain a comprehensive multi-platform perspective, able to analyze demands from a top-down view and adjust implementation details accordingly.
