Role Overview

We seek a seasoned and energetic Placement Manager to spearhead placement activities and foster robust collaborations with companies throughout Kerala.

Main Responsibilities

• Establish and sustain relationships with organizations to create placement opportunities.
• Undertake travel across Kerala to discover and secure employment openings.
• Lead and oversee placement teams at all branches.
• Organize placement drives, interviews, and other recruitment events.
• Work closely with employers to comprehend their hiring needs and ensure effective placements.
• Monitor placement progress, generate reports, and meet placement objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least four years of experience in placement services, corporate relations, or recruitment fields.
• Demonstrated success in creating placement opportunities and building employer partnerships.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Readiness to travel extensively within Kerala.
• Preference given to candidates with a valid driving license.
