About the Role

Luxarabia Real Estate seeks a skilled Photographer and Videographer passionate about luxury property visuals, cinematic narratives, and high-caliber content production. Key Responsibilities

• Capture superior quality interior, exterior, lifestyle, and architectural photographs of luxury real estate.
• Create professional images for listings, agent portraits, events, and branded content.
• Ensure all photos adhere to Luxarabia's premium standards through expert composition, lighting, and image editing.
• Retouch and edit photos using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, preserving the natural luxury aesthetic.
• Prepare images optimized for platforms such as Property Finder, Bayut, social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Plan and produce cinematic property tours, developer showcases, interviews, events, and branded videos.
• Operate professional camera equipment with careful attention to composition, movement, exposure, and focus.
• Shoot compelling B-roll, lifestyle footage, and social media material tailored for YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Coordinate with agents, developers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth production processes.
• Capture professional drone footage highlighting properties, communities, and Dubai landmarks.
• Plan drone flights, perform equipment pre-checks, and maintain drones to high professional standards.
• Develop and maintain a curated library of premium aerial footage showcasing key Dubai locations.
• Edit raw footage into polished content using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Uphold consistent branding of Luxarabia across all video materials.
• Keep abreast of the latest AI editing technologies, video trends, and social media best practices.
• Meet all project deadlines for deliverables.
• Maintain camera gear, lenses, lighting setups, drones, audio equipment, and accessories in optimal working order.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A robust portfolio showcasing expertise in photography, videography, and editing.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite tools including Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects, and/or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experienced in handling professional cameras, gimbals, lighting equipment, audio gear, and drones.
• Strong grasp of composition, lighting, storytelling, color grading, and visual brand identity.
• Capability to juggle multiple projects and maintain timelines under pressure.
• Creative and meticulous with outstanding attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
