About the Location
Located on Saudi Arabia's northwest coastline, AMAALA boasts a diverse natural habitat and introduces a new era in holistic wellness tourism. The Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will offer 220 rooms and suites, private pool villas, and 26 branded residential villas, each featuring stunning views of the bay and sea. The resort will host a serene luxury spa amid a tranquil garden with a sculpted waterfall, known as the Organic Spa Garden, emphasizing sensory and therapeutic treatments such as halotherapy, cryotherapy, and advanced skin care.

Role Overview
The Personal Assistant Manager is entrusted with delivering executive-level administrative support, facilitating efficient daily operations and optimizing time management for senior leaders. The role demands coordinating communications, managing schedules, and upholding confidentiality to support business objectives with utmost professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and oversee calendars, appointments, and meetings for senior executives.
- Manage correspondence and communication on behalf of leadership.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and related meeting materials.
- Arrange and coordinate travel plans and logistics.
- Maintain meticulous record-keeping, documentation, and filing systems.
- Interact professionally with various internal departments and external partners.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Assist with special projects and various administrative duties as required.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in roles such as Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Strong organizational capabilities and time management proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build interpersonal relationships.
- Demonstrates high professionalism, confidentiality, and keen attention to detail.
- Skilled at multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative software tools.
- Possesses a proactive approach and sound problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English language.
