About the Role
Are you eager to play a strategic role in cultivating a vibrant workplace culture and guiding employee development initiatives? A respected technology consultancy based in Altrincham, Cheshire, is seeking a People Development & Experience Lead. Initially, the role is office-based for induction with a hybrid arrangement available thereafter. The position offers a competitive salary around £48,000 (dependent on experience) along with an outstanding benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and embed initiatives for leadership and management development, tailored to business needs.
- Develop and implement capability frameworks, clear career pathways, and succession planning strategies.
- Lead employee engagement programs from conceptualization to execution to enhance the workplace experience.
- Utilize people analytics and engagement feedback to inform ongoing improvements in employee experience.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to effectively influence and drive organizational people strategies.
- Champion and implement organizational development and culture change efforts.
- Coach leaders to foster skill growth across teams and encourage persistent learning practices company-wide.
- Support on HR matters by providing advisory and guidance on employee relations when needed.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience in organisational or people development, with a track record of designing and deploying leadership or management development initiatives.
- Thorough understanding of employee engagement, talent development, and performance management systems.
- Expertise in coaching, facilitation, and building trust and rapport with managers and leaders.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions using people analytics.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Approachable, solution-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
- CIPD qualification at Level 5 or higher is desirable.
