- Role: P&C Generalist

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the People & Capabilities (P&C) department ensuring smooth operation of key functions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle and oversee administrative processes related to employee onboarding, records, and data entry into the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Maintain electronic personnel files and P&C registers, ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
- Participate in refining and developing department policies, procedures, and operational frameworks.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience as a P&C or HR Generalist with a proactive approach to problem-solving and employee relations.
- Ability to handle end-to-end recruitment and HR administrative duties efficiently.
- Strong aptitude in maintaining accurate personnel records and HRIS data management.
- Flexible, cooperative, and driven to contribute positively to community outcomes.
