Role Overview
We are looking for a meticulous and skilled Global Payroll Operator to join our team in Varna. This hybrid role requires presence onsite three days per week. The successful candidate will manage payroll processing accurately and on time for a diverse international client base, ensure compliance with local laws, analyze payroll data, and implement best practices.
Primary Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll data in accordance with company procedures, deadlines, and controls.
- Conduct accuracy validations and ensure statutory compliance for all payroll activities.
- Handle routine payroll modifications such as new hires, terminations, and employee data updates promptly.
- Professionally address payroll inquiries from employees and other stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive and audit-ready payroll documentation.
- Assist with payroll reconciliation, generate reports, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Escalate any risks, discrepancies, or exceptional cases based on defined protocols.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and share knowledge within the payroll team.
Candidate Requirements
- Between 1 and 3 years of experience post-graduation in roles involving data management.
- A proactive individual eager to utilize information for organizational benefits.
- Strong analytical thinking skills to contribute valuable ideas, knowledge, and solutions.
