Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the correct vehicle parts.
• Efficiently use systems and catalogues to provide fast solutions.
• Handle sales processing, order fulfilment, and warranty claim submissions.
• Provide backup support for warehouse and dispatch functions as required.
• Maintain store organisation to ensure a customer-friendly environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Candidate Qualifications

• Prior experience as a parts interpreter or substantial mechanical/automotive knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills paired with strong customer service orientation.
• Keen attention to detail with an ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Team-oriented attitude, willing to actively contribute and take initiative.
• Dependable with a positive and proactive mindset.

Preferred Attributes

• Background in automotive trade or relevant industry.
• Familiarity with stock management or warehouse operations.
• Possession of a forklift license (LF) is advantageous.
