Role and Mission
The Partnerships Executive based in Singapore will proactively hunt and cultivate new partner relationships, fueling Sleek's growth by identifying, engaging, and onboarding partners in fintech, e-commerce, and related sectors. Working under the Strategic Partnerships Manager, the role focuses on generating leads and activating partners to drive customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential partners across fintech, e-commerce, professional services, immigration, and other industries.
- Conduct outreach campaigns to engage prospects, schedule meetings, and advance leads in the sales funnel.
- Support onboarding and activation of new partners to enable effective customer referrals.
- Maintain pipeline data in CRM, reporting on outreach volume, conversion metrics, and partner performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams for partner materials and co-marketing efforts.
- Monitor partner activity and report underperformance with improvement suggestions.
Targets
- Secure 10 new partner agreements monthly to bring new customers to Sleek.
- Drive partner-generated customer acquisition targeting at least 30 new customers each month.
Required Experience and Skills
- 2 to 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, or account management, ideally within tech startups, fintech, or e-commerce sectors.
- Proven capability in lead generation and comfortable with cold outreach efforts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging partners across diverse industries.
- Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage pipelines independently and consistently follow up.
- Proficient using CRM systems and data tools; embraces AI technology for efficiency.
- Residency in Singapore is required.
- Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or Employer of Record industries is advantageous but not mandatory.
