Our employees, known as Notinos, are pivotal in shaping how work will be done in the AI era by building durable solutions centered on human-centric work experiences.
Role Overview
This role contributes to scaling Notion's Partner and Consultant initiatives by driving strategy and execution across self-service and sales-assisted models. It involves collaborating with various business partners to unify programs through tactical processes such as tiering structures, operational workflows, and incentive designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the annual and mid-year planning cycles for the Partner organization, including allocation of investments, staffing, operating expenses, and defining OKRs, KPIs, and incentive systems.
- Develop and maintain revenue and capacity forecasting models to guide investment choices by transforming complex challenges into data-driven recommendations.
- Establish and oversee routine business operating cadences, such as KPI and OKR meetings, ensuring timely and informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with Business Technology and Data teams to define system requirements, prioritize development efforts, and deploy reporting and analytics tools supporting Partner operations.
- Enhance Partner workflows by streamlining onboarding and lead generation processes through close partnership with Business Technology and Partner teams.
- Continuously improve Partner program operations by identifying bottlenecks and driving process optimization and automation initiatives.
- Design data-informed strategies for segmenting partners, incentive schemas, referral programs, and other strategic frameworks.
Qualifications and Skills
- Expertise in analytical problem-solving: capable of structuring ambiguous issues quantitatively and articulating insights effectively.
- A process-driven approach with a focus on building and automating efficient workflows that accelerate business impact.
- Strong focus on outcomes and return on investment by crafting persuasive business narratives to support decision-making.
- Excellent communication ability to engage diverse audiences, including executive leadership.
- Proven cross-functional collaboration skills, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on implementation.
- Project management proficiency, translating strategic goals into concrete plans and milestones, and maintaining stakeholder communication.
- Agility and rapid execution mindset, including designing pilots, measuring success, and scaling successful initiatives.
- Familiarity with Partner and Consultant operational models and GTM structures.
- Over ten years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Analytics, or Consulting within technology or SaaS sectors.
- Curiosity and openness to integrating AI tools to enhance productivity, though deep AI expertise is not mandatory.
Preferred Additional Experience
- Hands-on familiarity with Partner management systems.
- Advanced proficiency in analytics, statistics, or SQL.
- Direct experience supporting executive leadership.
- Broader knowledge of Go-To-Market operations across Sales, Customer Success, Customer Experience, or Marketing Operations.
Compensation
We offer competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. For candidates located in San Francisco or New York City, the anticipated base salary range is $230,000 to $260,000 annually, dependent on various factors including location, role responsibilities, and candidate experience.
