Parent and Child Guide

Role Overview

Fiklon is seeking a dedicated Parent and Child Guide to assist in organizing work and fostering a positive environment along with effective communication at our early childhood development center. We are looking for a candidate who values interpersonal contact, especially with children, and demonstrates excellent communication skills with both children and their parents.

Responsibilities

• Warmly and professionally welcome parents and children at the reception area.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with parents regarding diagnosis and therapy processes.
• Manage appointments and the registration process for young patients.
• Update parents on the progress of diagnostic procedures.
• Address immediate concerns and provide support to parents.
• Provide administrative assistance to the center and ensure proper maintenance of facility equipment.
• Coordinate schedules and appointments with developmental specialists and doctors.

Requirements

Essential qualifications:

• Currently enrolled or completed higher education, preferably in psychology, pedagogy, or related fields.
• Excellent rapport with children.
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
• Comfortable with technological tools.
• High communication standards and professionalism.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Creativity in problem-solving.

Highly desirable:

• Previous experience in childcare roles.
• Experience managing reception or registration in medical or psychological facilities.
• Communicative proficiency in English at B2 level.
