Overview
Quantilope is revolutionizing how consumer research is conducted by accelerating insights through innovative technology. We seek a proactive Panel Consultant to join our Research Consulting team, linking our platform with the global sampling ecosystem. This role focuses on managing and optimizing panel partnerships and quota designs to enhance speed and quality of consumer insights. Preference for candidates who can be based at our Hamburg headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to pre- and post-sales research teams for sample design and management.
- Provide expert recommendations on panel providers and sampling structures tailored for complex projects, utilizing your knowledge of demographics, quota controls, targeting, and click balancing.
- Drive continuous improvements and knowledge sharing across teams related to all phases of survey fielding processes.
- Act as the guardian of data quality by conducting audits, introducing new quality control methods, sharing industry updates, and building team expertise.
- Support the enhancement and automation of quantilope's field management technology.
- Maintain and cultivate strong relationships with panel partners, acting as the main point of contact and fostering effective collaborations.
- Evaluate and onboard new panel partners to expand capabilities based on strategic needs.
- Collaborate with Research Consulting and Sales by participating in client discussions, delivering expert advice, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
- Fluent professional proficiency in German and English (minimum C1 level).
- At least two years' experience in market research or fieldwork management, ideally within panel or research agencies.
- Excellent consulting aptitude with the ability to simplify complex sampling topics for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach, maintaining composure under pressure.
- Strong passion for data quality with a demonstrated history of applying best practices to maintain high standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with DIY sampling platforms and/or market research software solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of key European markets such as the UK and DACH region, or industries like FMCG and Healthcare.
- Willingness or ability to relocate to Hamburg is a strong advantage.

Compensation
Annual base salary ranging from EUR 42000 to 50000 plus a 10% performance bonus.
