Role Overview

We are seeking a Packing Supervisor for a pharmaceutical formulation plant responsible for overseeing packing processes, ensuring compliance, and managing production and team operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise packing and production activities within the pharma formulation environment.
• Enforce stringent documentation practices aligned with cGMP, SOPs, and pharmaceutical regulations.
• Oversee quality assurance and compliance throughout packing stages.
• Manage teams effectively to meet operational targets.
• Ensure proper handling and management of equipment and materials used in packing.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in the packing area.

Required Qualifications and Eligibility

• Possess a B.Sc in any specialization, B.Pharma, or B.Com degree.

Skills and Knowledge

• In-depth understanding of packing materials and finished goods handling.
• Experience with production management and packing operations in pharmaceutical settings.
• Strong knowledge of SOP preparation and adherence to cGMP guidelines.
