Job Summary

The Overnight Cleaning Crew Floater plays a vital role in enhancing the customer experience by maintaining cleanliness throughout the store premises during overnight shifts.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform professional cleaning and upkeep of facilities following company-approved cleaning methods and using designated products.
• Operate commercial floor care machinery efficiently.
• Relocate all movable items to clean beneath, behind, and around corners and edges thoroughly.
• Observe and report any damages or maintenance concerns to the direct supervisor promptly.
• Restock and replenish consumables, including soaps and paper goods.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Reporting and Work Environment

This role reports directly to the Overnight Janitorial Supervisor.

• Shift timing generally from 3:00 AM to 9:00 AM, five days per week, subject to need.
• Physical demands include constant standing, walking, and reaching, with occasional crouching or kneeling.
• Must be capable of occasionally lifting weights exceeding 80 pounds.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous custodial or cleaning experience is preferred.
• Excellent punctuality and dependability are essential.
• Demonstrates honesty and strong work ethic.
• Must successfully pass drug testing and background screening.
• Eligible to work legally in the United States.
