Overnight Associate

Position Overview

This role is focused on delivering excellent customer service by managing various tasks involved in receiving and moving merchandise to the sales floor. Activities include unloading trailers, transferring pallets, processing stock, and maintaining a tidy and safe environment. You'll collaborate with your team to organize and complete workload tasks effectively overnight.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing the sales floor ahead of store opening.
• Setting up merchandise displays, arranging products, and placing signage.
• Conducting live unloading operations for various merchandise types.
• Emphasizing labeling and stocking products in backroom bins, differentiating this role from day and evening fulfillment positions.
• Moving pallets of merchandise to and from the sales floor during overnight hours for processing.
• Supporting sales floor stocking as needed and assisting customers when required.
• Labeling the sales floor to prepare for store opening.
• Maintaining a safe, organized, and hazard-free workspace by following company policies, completing safety inspections, and securing displays and fixtures.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $17.75.

Minimum Qualifications

• Applicants must be 16 years of age or older.
