Role Overview

The Outreach Associate, working remotely on a full-time basis, will play an essential role in engaging with students, schools, and universities to promote TopUni Network’s events and offerings. Responsibilities include conducting outreach via virtual meetings and phone calls, responding promptly to queries, and conveying clear details about upcoming events, associated institutions, and educational programs.

Collaboration with internal teams will be necessary to bolster event planning efforts, alongside maintaining precise records of outreach endeavors. Follow-ups with potential participants to secure strong event attendance and active engagement are also key duties. Furthermore, the role involves delivering presentations, supporting online information sessions, and contributing to community-building initiatives across digital platforms. Excelling requires proactive communication skills, relationship cultivation, and dedication to creating positive experiences for all involved parties.

• Confidence and capability in presenting and facilitating virtual webinars or sessions.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent background in communications, education, marketing, or related disciplines; prior exposure to outreach, admissions, counseling, or event coordination is advantageous.
• Proficiency in utilizing online collaboration tools and CRM or outreach software platforms.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
