Outdoor Dining Attendant

About the Role

Step into an extraordinary opportunity with Ayers Rock Resort, located in Yulara, Northern Territory, just 20 minutes from the culturally significant Uluru landmark. As an Outdoor Dining Attendant, you'll combine your love for the outdoors and hospitality to create memorable experiences for guests at breathtaking outdoor dining locations.

Responsibilities

• Present table speeches and clearly explain available beverage packages to guests.
• Prepare and serve drinks to guests promptly and courteously.
• Setup and dismantle the dining site, including the loading and unloading of trucks.

Requirements

• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification is essential.
• Experience in event hospitality is highly preferred.
• Completion of a National Criminal History Check is mandatory as part of the hiring procedure.
