Job description
Overview
We seek a skilled OTA Revenue Manager responsible for overseeing and improving hotel revenue performance on various Online Travel Agency (OTA) platforms. The role focuses on optimizing pricing, managing inventory, boosting OTA visibility, and driving revenue growth for accommodations such as hotels, resorts, and villas.
Key Duties
- Manage and enhance hotel listings on leading OTA sites including Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, and Goibibo.
- Design and execute dynamic pricing and revenue strategies to maximize occupancy rates, average daily rate (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR).
- Observe market trends, competitor pricing, booking demand, and pace.
- Control room inventory, rate plans, promotional offers, restrictions, and availability across channels.
- Maintain rate parity and verify content accuracy on all OTA platforms.
- Analyze hotel performance metrics and generate actionable insights and reports.
- Collaborate with hotel partners to enhance online presence, acquire guests, and elevate revenue results.
- Coordinate with channel managers and property management systems (PMS) to ensure synchronized inventory and rates.
- Identify additional revenue growth opportunities through promotions, packaging, and distribution channel optimization.
- Address OTA-related challenges, updates, and account management tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- One to three years of experience in OTA management, revenue management, or hotel e-commerce.
- Strong familiarity with OTA platforms, channel managers, and PMS software.
- Proficient analytical and data interpretation capabilities.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and client management abilities.
- Capability to handle multiple hotel accounts concurrently.
Preferred Experience
- Background in hotels, resorts, villas, or hospitality management companies.
- Understanding of revenue management concepts and key hotel performance indicators like ADR, RevPAR, Occupancy, and Length of Stay (LOS).
- Experience with hospitality management software such as Stayflexi, eZee, or Hotelogix.
