Organizational Excellence & Quality Manager

Position Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Institutional Excellence & Quality Specialist to spearhead and enhance initiatives focused on organizational maturity, quality management, and performance advancement. The candidate should possess certification as a King Abdulaziz Quality Award (KAQA) and EFQM assessor, backed by practical expertise in organizational excellence evaluations, pinpointing structural deficiencies, and initiating transformational strategies, especially within Saudi Arabian governmental or semi-governmental entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth institutional maturity and excellence evaluations utilizing KAQA and EFQM methodologies.
• Assess organizational outcomes against recognized international and national excellence benchmarks.
• Detect performance shortfalls, operational inefficiencies, and areas for strategic enhancement.
• Create tangible improvement blueprints, execute action plans, and lead transformation efforts.
• Prepare the organization for participation in national excellence awards and third-party accreditation reviews.
• Conduct strategic assessment sessions such as workshops, focused groups, and executive evaluations.
• Supervise Quality Management Systems according to ISO 9001 requirements.
• Organize, implement, and oversee quality audits both internal and external.
• Handle identification and resolution of non-conformities including root cause analyses and formulation of corrective measures.
• Develop and revise quality assurance frameworks, organizational policies, SOPs, and governance structures.
• Set up performance metrics, reporting tools, and KPI dashboard systems.

Requirements

• Certified as a King Abdulaziz Quality Award (KAQA) and EFQM assessor.
• Demonstrable experience in carrying out organizational excellence assessments within Saudi government or semi-government sectors.
• Expertise in applying KAQA and EFQM frameworks for evaluating institutional maturity and performance.
• Proven ability to identify gaps and lead continuous improvement and transformation programs.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards for Quality Management Systems and audit processes.
