Job Purpose and Scope
The Human Capital Excellence Specialist role involves supporting and executing initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness, enhance workforce capabilities, enrich employee experiences, and advance HR operational excellence. Responsibilities span organization design, job architecture, evaluation processes, HR data analytics, human capital projects, talent development programs, employer branding, and onboarding activities, ensuring these efforts align closely with business goals.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Create and maintain organizational charts and reporting hierarchies.
- Update and refine job descriptions throughout the company.
- Contribute to job evaluation and job architecture projects.
- Engage in workforce planning and efforts to increase organizational efficiency.
- Lead and support continuous improvement and transformation projects within human capital operations.
- Manage change initiatives and ensure smooth delivery and adoption of HC programs.
- Generate HR reports, dashboards, and analyze workforce data to provide actionable insights.
- Oversee KPI governance by regularly reviewing, aligning, and calibrating performance metrics against organizational objectives.
- Assist with talent review processes, succession planning, leadership development, and workforce capability assessments.
- Support employee engagement, retention strategies, and employer branding campaigns to enhance the overall employment value proposition.
- Involve in recruitment processes by screening candidates, facilitating interviews, and aiding in new employee onboarding.
- Promote digital transformation within HR by supporting AI-driven solutions and identifying automation opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Professional certifications like CIPD, SHRM, or HRCI are advantageous.
- Between 3 to 6 years of experience in Human Resources functions, particularly in areas such as Organizational Development, Talent Management, HR projects, and analytics.
