Oracle EBS Consultant

Overview

This role requires a seasoned professional with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a relevant area, bringing at least six years of experience as a solution architect or a similarly senior capacity within Oracle EBS or Fusion platforms.

Core Responsibilities

• Master core business functions in HR, Finance, and Procurement, with expertise in recruitment workflows, organizational structures, payroll processing, financial reporting, budget control, revenue accounting, procurement processes, and regulatory compliance.
• Handle both the technical and functional aspects of Oracle E-Business Suite modules focused on HR, Finance, and Procurement.
• Lead secure and compliant data integrations between systems managing sensitive financial and HR data, following industry best practices for data security.
• Manage ERP system integrations with large-scale data environments to facilitate advanced analytics and actionable insights.
• Utilize cloud technologies and integration frameworks such as microservices, REST APIs, event-driven designs, and serverless architectures.

Additional Skills and Attributes

• Exhibit strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal capabilities.
• Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience within the airline industry sector is considered advantageous but not mandatory.
