Operations Supervisor

Job Description and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the staff deployed at designated client sites to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and conduct to maintain professionalism at all times.
• Maintain accurate daily records including attendance logs, shift schedules, and manpower reports.
• Liaise with clients monthly to confirm and validate attendance data for accurate invoicing.
• Collaborate with HR and operations teams to handle staffing needs, replacement requests, and absenteeism issues.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and client-specific guidelines by all employees.
• Address minor employee grievances, concerns, and basic disciplinary matters promptly.
• Perform on-site inspections to verify quality of work and compliance with standards.
• Assist in onboarding, orientation, and training processes for newly hired staff members.
• Serve as the primary contact for client feedback and resolve operational challenges efficiently.
• Report incidents, employee misconduct, or performance-related issues to upper management without delay.
