Operations Supervisor

Role Overview

This position is for a seasoned Operations Supervisor to oversee second-shift warehouse and production activities in a busy, high-volume setting.

What You Will Handle

• Oversee day-to-day operations and monitor team output
• Coordinate staffing needs, shift schedules, and work allocation
• Advance workplace safety, quality control, and productivity improvements
• Support and drive ongoing improvement programs, including Lean and Six Sigma methods
• Make sure customer expectations and operational targets are consistently achieved

What the Role Calls For

• At least 5 years of leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environments
• Well-developed leadership, troubleshooting, and planning abilities
• Hands-on exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement initiatives
• Comfort using Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP is an added advantage
