Operations Supervisor

About the Role

Clean Life seeks a seasoned Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily field activities, lead operational teams, and guarantee the provision of superior service aligned with company standards. The role demands strong leadership, practical field operations experience, and a focus on enhancing operational effectiveness while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily field activities to facilitate smooth service delivery.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and supervision to Team Leaders and field personnel to meet and exceed operational goals.
• Optimize workforce allocation by monitoring attendance and scheduling aligned with business demands.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations while maintaining service quality.
• Address operational obstacles and customer complaints swiftly in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Track operational performance indicators, team productivity, and prepare routine performance summaries.
• Liaise with Quality, Customer Service, Sales, HR, and other departments to achieve seamless operations.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, training, and appraisal processes for field teams.
• Lead initiatives for continuous operational enhancements and improved customer experiences.
• Perform additional duties as directed by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in operations, facilities management, cleaning services, supply chain, or affiliated service sectors.
• Proven track record in managing and supervising field teams and daily operations.
• Strong leadership qualities combined with effective decision-making and problem-resolution capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and team leadership ability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with operations management systems.
• Capable of working efficiently under pressure in a dynamic operational setting.
• Possession of a valid driving license is advantageous.
