About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the flow of all pre-sale merchandise entering and leaving the store adhering strictly to shipping and receiving policies.
- Keep inventory organized, clean, secure, and efficiently maintained.
- Assist sales staff in obtaining merchandise from inventory that is not displayed on the sales floor.
- Proactively address merchandise maintenance, space, and storage challenges.
- Ensure all merchandise is properly ticketed.
- Support visual merchandising and store operations by handling movement and storage of fixtures, furniture, props, and merchandise.
- Maintain the store facilities and fixtures, coordinating cleaning and repairs as required.
- Participate actively in inventory preparation, cycle counts, and reconciliation processes.
- Handle inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and shipments following prescribed policies.
- Accurately process all inventory-related documentation like damages and returns to vendor.
- Maintain high standards in packaging client merchandise and managing the client delivery process including follow-up on missing items.
- Document deliveries and track merchandise when necessary.
- Support other departments and sales floor operations as needed upon management instructions.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum three years of experience in retail with a focus on stock or inventory management, preferably within a luxury retail setting.
- Comfortable with computers and able to learn various software systems.
- Goal-oriented with a strong customer service focus and excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage.
Work Environment & Location
Work will be conducted onsite at 3401 Dufferin St Ste 312, North York, ON M6A 2T9, Canada.
