The India Operations team is looking for adaptable, ambitious, and forward-looking professionals who can lead significant operational improvement initiatives, apply Lean methods, and work comfortably across business requirements, technical design, and execution.

About the Role

The External Fulfillment Operations team is hiring an Operations Executive to oversee multiple external fulfillment locations from both an operations and compliance perspective. The role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to support timely site launches and achieve operational targets. The position calls for strong customer focus, accountability, attention to detail, and the ability to spot patterns, identify disruptions, and analyze data implications deeply.

This is a five-day work-week role; however, because the operation runs seven days a week, the two weekly off days will change depending on shift schedules and business requirements. The role also requires travel to seller locations for launch, setup, and operational monitoring.

Qualifications

Applicants should hold a bachelor's degree, be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English, and have experience using Microsoft Office tools and applications. Candidates with at least two years of exposure to a manufacturing setting or a customer-facing environment are preferred.

Work Schedule and Additional Information

The operation runs throughout the week, so rest days will be assigned based on shift pattern and business need. The selected candidate must be prepared to travel to seller nodes as part of site launch, setup, and monitoring responsibilities.
