About the Role

Cornerstone Caregiving, the leading privately owned in-home care company, is expanding and seeking an Operating Director to lead the Fort Lauderdale, FL branch. The company is dedicated to enabling seniors to age comfortably and with dignity in their own homes. This leadership role offers extensive corporate training and ongoing support while playing a key part in growing the branch and advancing the company's vision nationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the Fort Lauderdale branch independently, backed by continual corporate training and resources.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to position Cornerstone as the top choice for in-home care services in the area.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners such as hospitals, hospices, and senior living communities.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, staffing, and scheduling to ensure all shifts are adequately covered, including managing on-call demands from clients and caregivers.
• Conduct in-home client assessments, fostering strong client relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Manage financial operations of the office, including budgeting and monitoring profit and loss statements.
• Create and nurture a positive workplace culture by incentivizing and motivating the team, setting standards, and promoting morale.
