Online Account Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an Online Account Manager to work closely with online strategic planners, designers, and developers. The role involves managing multiple online projects from briefing through to delivery, overseeing timelines and budgets, setting project milestones, and preparing client presentations for approvals. This position primarily focuses on one major client, alongside several smaller accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate various online projects for a major client and other smaller clients through all stages including briefing and delivery.
• Manage project schedules and budget adherence.
• Establish key milestones to track project progress effectively.
• Prepare and facilitate client presentations to secure approvals.

Candidate Profile

• Fluency in Dutch and French is essential.
• Possess 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a comparable online account management position within an agency.
• Strong communication skills with a team-oriented approach.
• Open-minded, positive attitude, and adaptability.
• Highly organized, methodical, and precise in execution.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain flexibility.
• Genuine enthusiasm for the digital domain and evolving technologies.
