NOC Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated NOC Coordinator to serve as a crucial liaison connecting building and mall management with the e& telecommunications team to ensure uninterrupted network access and exceptional service within Dubai’s landmark locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact point between building/mall management and e& personnel.
• Manage and resolve network operation issues along with customer service challenges.
• Perform on-site inspections proactively to detect and address operational issues.
• Facilitate seamless NOC access for Sales and Technical teams across various premises.
• Keep detailed records of all communications, reported incidents, and their resolutions.
• Work collaboratively with technical teams to enhance service quality and efficiency.

Candidate Profile

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Have at least one year of experience in a similar position, preferably.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess a problem-solving attitude with keen analytical abilities.
• Hold a valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
• Familiarity with mall and building management systems is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and capability to multitask.

Additional Details

This is a full-time, onsite contract position based in Dubai. The salary offered is up to AED 6,000 monthly. Suitable and qualified candidates meeting all criteria will be contacted for further discussion.
