About Us

We are seeking a Night Auditor (m/w/d) to join our team immediately on a part-time or full-time basis. Applications for full-time positions are also welcome.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest check-in and check-out processes and serve as the primary contact for guests during their stay.
• Maintain and update guest records and databases.
• Prepare for daytime operations on the following day.
• Conduct nightly inspections of the hotel premises and document findings.
• Complete and log nighttime checklists accurately.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience as a Night Auditor is advantageous, preferably in hospitality or other service sectors.
• Excellent communication skills combined with a well-organized approach to work.
• Ability to work independently with strong assertiveness.
• Proficiency in German and English languages.
• Computer skills required; familiarity with the Sihot hotel management software is a plus.
• Friendly, supportive attitude and commitment to fair teamwork.
