About the Role
We are seeking an experienced .Net Lead with 10 to 15 years of professional experience to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in .Net technologies, including C#, .Net Core, Cloud platforms, and Microservices Architecture. Immediate joiners are preferred for this role.

Key Responsibilities and Expertise Areas
- Distributed Financial Systems (Microservices Architecture): Hands-on experience with distributed systems fundamentals including network challenges, timeouts, retries, and circuit breakers with a clear understanding of trade-offs.
- Understanding and designing microservices architecture with strong knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (bounded contexts) and operational complexities, including team ownership aspects.
- Experience with event-driven architecture using tools like RabbitMQ or MassTransit, managing duplicate message handling, idempotency, retry policies, and poison message scenarios.
- Managing distributed transactions ensuring data consistency, understanding eventual consistency, compensating transactions, and idempotency key usage.
- Building resilient and fault-tolerant systems through failure isolation, retry storm handling, and timeout strategies.
- Optimizing performance and scalability through understanding throughput, caching mechanisms, and data locality considerations.
- Implementing observability and monitoring solutions with OpenTelemetry, trace propagation, and effective production debugging techniques.
