.NET Full Stack Developer Team Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned .NET Full Stack Developer to lead and mentor a development team within our engineering department. The successful candidate will possess extensive expertise in backend development with C#, and modern .NET frameworks (.NET Core and .NET 6+), alongside proficient experience using Angular for frontend development. This position blends technical leadership with active coding responsibilities, focusing on building robust and scalable enterprise-grade web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and support a team of software developers while also engaging directly in development tasks.
• Create, enhance, and sustain scalable web applications using C#, .NET Core, and .NET 6 technologies.
• Architect, develop, and maintain RESTful Web APIs and Microservices.
• Implement responsive, intuitive user interfaces utilizing Angular frameworks.
• Design efficient database schemas and optimize SQL Server database performance.
• Engage in system architecture planning, code review sessions, debugging, and tuning application performance.
• Work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver superior software solutions.
• Adhere to industry coding standards and agile software development processes.
• Ensure software solutions meet criteria for scalability, security, and maintainability.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 8 to 12 years of experience in full stack development with .NET technologies.
• At least 4 years proven experience leading software development teams.
• Advanced hands-on skills in C#, .NET Core, and .NET 6 and newer versions.
• Proficient in Angular (latest versions) for frontend development.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs design and microservices architecture.
• Strong expertise in SQL Server database management and optimization.
• Experience using Docker containers and Git version control systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership abilities, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity working in Agile and Scrum oriented settings.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) workflows.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Additional Information

The position requires full-time commitment with onsite presence at the Bangalore office for 5 working days per week.

Eligibility: Candidates should hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in any engineering specialization.
