About the Role
Bupa is expanding its Musculoskeletal (MSK) Therapy services at the Dartford Clinic and is seeking passionate Physiotherapists to join their expert multidisciplinary team. You'll work collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, osteopaths, podiatrists, general practitioners, and mental health professionals to offer comprehensive MSK assessment and rehabilitation, serving both insured and self-paying clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough MSK assessments and deliver treatment plans to insured and self-pay patients.
- Collaborate closely with Centre Managers and MSK Therapy Leads to engage healthcare partners, corporates, and the community.
- Apply a progressive therapeutic approach to rehabilitation across various musculoskeletal conditions.
- Champion excellent customer service and effectively communicate the patient journey, inspiring confidence among colleagues and clients.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of two years post-qualification experience in MSK physiotherapy.
- Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and membership of relevant professional bodies.
- Extensive postgraduate experience in musculoskeletal medicine; relevant MSc or MACP qualifications are preferred.
- Demonstrated ability treating private patients and managing sports-related injuries.
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills with exemplary time management.
